How to create a basic voice pack

Start with a folder of your own WAV, MP3 or OGG clips. Keep every clip under 60 seconds. Place the finished named folder inside packs_voice. For captions, authors, images and tags, use Extras → Edit Voice Packs & Clip Metadata in the game. PackStage can export basic PCM WAV clips but its project JSON is not official game metadata.
