1. Scope

This policy describes how Choicer Voicer Packs handles information when you browse this website, submit pack information or a report, use browser tools, or sign in to the private admin dashboard. It reflects the features currently operating on this site.

2. Information you provide

The pack submission form stores the title, creator name, source URL, description, compatibility evidence, and permission statement you enter. A review stores your chosen display name and review text. A report stores its category, details, and related pack ID. Admin accounts store an email address, role, and password hash. There are no public visitor accounts or Google sign-in on this site.

3. Browser recordings and local files

The microphone test, practice tools, pack checker, and voice pack builder process the files or recordings you choose in your browser. Those tool inputs and takes are not sent to our server automatically. Exporting a file downloads it to your device. If you separately submit information through a website form, that submitted information is stored for moderation.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site uses a session cookie for forms and private admin sign-in. Browser practice may use local storage to remember favourites on your device. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser. No Google Analytics, Google OAuth, advertising pixels, or personalised advertising integration is enabled in the current site.

5. Technical data and service providers

Cloudways serves the PHP website and MySQL database. Cloudflare handles traffic delivery and R2 storage for ZIP archives and preview media. Server and CDN logs may record request time, IP address, URL, browser details, and error information needed to operate and secure the service. Opening a preview or downloading a pack sends a request to R2. We do not sell submitted personal information.

6. Why information is used

We use submitted information to review and publish pack listings, moderate reviews, investigate reports, maintain the website, and protect admin access. We use technical logs to diagnose faults and abuse. We do not send automated marketing email from the site.

7. Retention and requests

Submissions, reviews, reports, and admin records remain in the database until they are reviewed, edited, or removed. Operational logs are managed by the hosting providers. If you want to access, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact us with enough detail to identify the record. We will review the request and explain any information we need to keep for security or an unresolved report.

8. Children

The site is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

9. Updates and contact
