Voice packs versus dub packs

Voice packs provide audio samples for imitation. Dub packs are an advanced voice pack format that adds sample timing metadata and an OGV video for Dub Mode. The official dub guide describes an optional _backing_track for separate background audio. A browser MP4 preview is not the OGV file the game requires.
